Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the S.AI Toolkit browser extension and the pages hosted on this site (together, the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

1. The Extension

S.AI Toolkit is a free, open-source browser extension that adds interface and quality-of-life features to the SpicyChat website. It is provided at no cost and runs within your browser under the permissions you grant at install time.

2. No Affiliation

S.AI Toolkit is an independent project created by a third-party developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by SpicyChat, its parent company, Google, or any browser vendor. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of any website you use it on (including SpicyChat). You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for any content you create, edit, export, or sync with it.

4. Google Drive Sync

The optional Drive Sync feature stores data in your own Google Drive account using Google's APIs. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for your Google account and for any data you choose to sync. You can disconnect and revoke access at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of any website or browser.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Extension.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the Extension processes and how.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
